We need each other. The Christian life is not easy and believers are called to edify one another and encourage one another as we grow toward Christlikeness. In fact, the NT tells us that connecting with other believers in this way is a primary characteristic of a follower of Jesus. (Hebrews 3:12-13) Our mission statement reflects the emphasis of the NT and our small groups are the primary way we obey the command of Ephesians 4:15 to speak the truth in love to one another.
